A secluded warm, comfortable, modern home, right on the beach. Newly built and architecturally designed, a spacious section on a private col de sac the property includes kids facilities - trampoline, fort and swing.
Located at the Queen Elizabeth Park end of Raumati South.
Excellent local amenities only a short 10 minute walk along the beach front.
A family home that we love to share.
You are welcome to use basics from our cupboards, please replace anything you use. There is plenty of firewood, the firebox is in the wall to the left of the fireplace (paper, lighters and matches included). You can replenish the firebox from the woodshed. This is located directly behind the fireplace outside.
Please leave the house tidy.
You are welcome to use the outdoor table and furniture in both the courtyard and the front deck (depending on the time of day and wind).
Our local cafe, Raumati Social Club & Sunday Cantina which make great coffee and is a lovely relaxed place to dine. The house is situated right next to Queen Elizabeth Park which is great for walk or biking.

There is an amazing park for the kids in Raumati Village called Marine Garden's. There is a splash pad and miniature trains.
For a big adventure, try the Paekakariki Escarpment Track. A fantastic coastal walk approx 2.5+ hours one way (not suitable for children).
